You may cancel or reschedule 12 or more hours before your appointment with no extra charge. However if you fail to adhere to the cancellation policy, the business has the right to charge 50% of the balance of your booked appointment. No charge will be placed unless you are unable to cancel or reschedule your appointment before the 12 hour time frame. Clients with a missed appointment will lose booking privileges. Any appointment that is created to bypass that restriction will be cancelled. Lisa Bryant reserves the right to refuse service to any person.
